Anne and Alan are retiring and Tywyn will be closing its doors at the end of 2009.

After ten wonderfully successful years, during which time so many guests have become firm friends, they have made up their minds to sell up and devote more time to their passion of exploratory adventurous travel.

So, Tywyn is for sale. Exactly as it stands, lavishly equipped to 5 star standards, beautifully decorated, including all fine linens, Hungarian goose down duvets, beds, furniture, appliances: everything, but everything, is included in the sale. It will be a home from home ready to move into immediately without the need to purchase anything.

Alan has taken a series of warts-and all photographs of the cottage, inside and out, to give an honest and accurate picture of the cottage as at May 14 2009.
