We have stopped actively advertising Tywyn’s availability on various web sites. This is intentional, and the result is that we have plummeted in the rankings listing on search engines, so enquiries have dropped to a tiny percentage of past years, when we were turning away scores of booking requests a day. This has resulted in very few bookings, and consequently pretty good availability.

The likelihood is that we will sell Tywyn as an existing business, and prospective purchasers will be contractually bound to honour existing bookings.
